A tattoo of the cross, or some other christian symbol would be a nice thing to have.One would need to find a clean outlet to do it where you would not get hepatitis, or any blood transferable desease.

I notice the question is whether it's ok, not whether it's sinful or even wrong. Interesting choice of words. It's certainly ok, as long as the subject matter is not objectionable. Although I do wonder whether people consider all of the potential consequences due to the permanence of it.

It's interesting though that tattoos and piercings used to be a way that people would display some sort of rebellious attitude. It used to be edgy. Now, it seems that it has simply become a fashion statement. So where it used to be a way of rebelling against the mainstream, now it people are doing it to fit in -- succumbing to the dominant culture, so to speak. If people want to be counter-cultural, they would be better off not getting a tattoo or piercing. Laughing
